Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. And we really appreciate your business!

We know that sometimes things happen and you need to cancel or return an order.
Here are our policies on returns, refunds and cancelations and information that may help address certain issues that may come up.


Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days after the ship date for a refund. All we ask is for you to follow these guidelines:

Proper Conditions For Return & Refund:

Returned merchandise must be in new condition with its original packing and accessories intact.
Returned merchandise must be received within 30 days of ship date.

Return Shipping Costs:

Returns must be pre-authorized by a representative of El Cheapo Flags. Please contact us and we will provide you with the return shipping address. If you do not contact us prior to returning the merchandise, we cannot guarantee a refund – and we want to avoid that!

Please note: Except where we sent you the wrong item, El Cheapo Flags cannot cover the cost of shipping for product returns, nor reimburse original shipping paid for product returns. However, if we did send you the wrong item, we will ship you the correct item free of charge.

All returns, that are not damaged, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Please open and inspect your parcels within a timely manner.

Items Not Received or Received Damaged:

In the event that your merchandise was received damaged, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange return shipment. Picture proof is required to ship you a replacement product, once the damaged item is returned.

All items are shipped by trackable means, with basic insurance coverage. If the delivery company, such as the United States Postal Service (USPS), shows the item was delivered to your address, yet you did not receive the item, you will need to submit an insurance claim with the delivery company directly using the tracking number provided. Contact us for any assistance you may need to submit this claim.


Refund Policy

Once your item(s) is returned to us, we will process your refund as soon as possible.

It may take up to 10 business days for your credit to be issued once your return is received.

If you have questions or need further assistance with your refund, please contact us. Please have your return tracking information ready to expedite service.


Canceling An Order

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Because of this, there is a limited period of time after placing your order when we are able to accept a cancellation request. Most orders are shipped the same business day they are received. If your order has been marked as shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

To cancel a pending order, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible and we will make every effort to cancel the order. However, orders in pending status may actually have already been shipped and just not yet marked in our order processing system.
