Sometimes things happen and you need to cancel or return an order.

Proper Conditions For Return & Refund:
Returned merchandise must be in new condition with its original packing and/or accessories intact.
We must receive your return request within 30 days of the ship date.
Return Shipping Costs:
A representative of El Cheapo Flags must pre-authorized all returns. Please contact us and we will provide you with the return shipping address and pre-paid shipping label. However, if you do not contact us prior to returning the merchandise, we cannot guarantee a full refund – and we want to avoid that!
El Cheapo Flags is not able to cover the shipping costs for product returns, nor reimburse original shipping paid for product returns, except in cases where we sent you the wrong merchandise, the item was damaged or defective. We have this policy in order to keep our prices as low as possible for our customers. We will ship you a replacement free of charge if your product was damaged, defective or the wrong item was sent.
Please open and inspect your parcels within a timely manner.
Items Not Received or Received Damaged/Defective:
Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange return shipment in the event that you need to return your merchandise. To ship you replacement merchandise, we may require picture proof.
All orders are shipped with a tracking number and basic insurance coverage to cover lost or damaged packages. If you did not receive your order, yet the tracking information shows delivered, you will need to submit an insurance claim with the delivery company directly using the tracking number provided. Contact us for any assistance you may need to submit this claim.
We will process your refund as quickly as possible after receiving your return.
It may take up to 10 business days for your credit to appear to your original payment method.

Canceling an Order
We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Because of this, there is a limited period of time after placing your order when we are able to accept a cancellation request. Most orders are shipped the same business day. We cannot cancel the order if the order status is “shipped.”
To cancel a pending order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make every effort to stop your order from shipping out so we may cancel the order. However, orders in the processing status may have already been shipped and just not yet marked in our order processing system.
